preparing rules:

Pour oil in the pan to cover its surface. When one side of the Schnitzel is half ready, turn it over. When the other side is half ready, turn it over again. The Schnitzel  should be fried until they become golden brown. The heat should be medium for the Schnitzel to be tender.
